Mom and Dad decided to do the Keto diet for three months. It was a lot of work for Mom, learning to make new meals, and still cooking old favorites for the kids. She did really well, though, and we even found some new low-carb, no sugar favorites. In the end, Mom lost 20 pounds, and Dad lost 35! Our clothes fit better, we enjoyed our nightly walks, and we felt a lot healthier! Now we are working on keeping the weight off!
