Mom and Dax in St. George!

Mom and Dax love getting ice cream together.

Dax always ends up with a few baseball tournaments in St. George, so he and Mom get to spend some great time together. Seth usually comes along, too, but he had to stay behind for Knowledge Bowl this trip, and Mark had high school games, so it was just Dax and Mom.

Dax played really well and his team ended up winning the championship! He got a ring, which is his favorite award.

We had to get ice cream to celebrate.

We also went on A LOT of new adventures in St. George. The way his schedule worked out, we had a lot of free hours to explore. Dax was a good sport to try new parks and find a hidden arrow, but his favorite things to do is see birds. So we went to a new park where he got to feed some ducks and a swan. Then we also swung over to our favorite nature center to see the birds there, too. 

It was a great weekend! Mom and Dax loved being together.

Dax doesn't always love to feed or pet animals, so it was fun to see him feed the ducks.

Dax always asks to come to the Tonaquint Nature Center.

We saw this cormorant in the tree.

Golden Eyes were all over.

The wood ducks are always beautiful to see.

We even spotted a turtle this time.

We ended our weekend with a trip to Roy's!
