November blew by quickly. We couldn't believe how fast this month went and so many fun things happened. We were excited for Thanksgiving and already looking for Christmas.
| Dax's final Primary program took place at our home church. He wrote his own talk and did so well. |
| Seth also wrote a talk about how he loves Pahoran and Moroni. |
| We can't let a month go by without a Seth selfie. |
| Grandma, Grandpa, and Brittany came down to take Mom to lunch for her birthday. Mark had Wednesday off, so he got to come, too. |
| It was so good to see Grandma and Grandpa. |
| Mom's sister Brittany has a birthday 4 days after Mom, so they celebrated lunch together. |
| We are sad every day that our field is gone. |
| We took a trip to Scheel's to get out of the house. |
| We scored some free tickets to the zoo, and because it had snowed, no one else was there. |
| The lions were all sitting by the glass, so we had fun watching them. |
| This guy was chewing up some cardboard. |
| Dax had a staring contest with this lioness. |
| We also watched this sea lion drag this stick around. |
| On our way out of the zoo, we checked on the lions one more time. |
| Mom and Mark went to check out this replica of the Vietnam Memorial on Veteran's Day. |
One of our big adventures in November was visiting SeaQuest Aquarium. They wanted us to come and try their animal encounters and WOW! We had a blast. We got to meet and feed a sloth, kinkajous, a porcupine, otters, and we even swam with the sharks and stingrays. It was such a neat experience. We also enjoyed just visiting the aquarium and feeding the other animals, too.
| All of the boys wanted to try snorkeling with the stingrays. |
| Dad and Mark loved it. Dax and Seth did not. |
| Dax didn't like the sharks and stingrays swimming over his legs. |
| Dad and Mark really loved this experience. |
| The kinkajous were everyone's favorite. They were so friendly and fun. |
| They walked all over us, even on Seth's head. |
| The boys liked feeding these fish because they would let you touch them, which isn't common with fish. |
| The kinkajous wanted to check out everything! |
| Dax really loved the little fish spa. |
| Feeding and petting the porcupine was fun. |
| They let Seth jump right in with these huge pigs. |
| We liked feeding the iguanas. They were super nice and let you pet them, too. |
| We also played with the cats. |
| And we fed the sloth. He didn't move much other than to eat. |
We filled our November with adventures. Here are lots more!
| We visited the other aquarium in Utah, too. |
| It was much more crowded, but we love the big shark tank. |
| Mom and Mark went on a hike up to Battle Creek Falls. |
| We were grateful for the warm weather. |
| Seth's friends brought him a Cougar Tail. I don't know what is nicer than that! |
| Dad was gifted a 10 gallon bucket of Black Licorice ice cream. He will never be able to eat it all! |
| Mark stayed home for part of a day and had to do some PE exercises. Luckily Esther was around to help out. |
| Melanie stopped by after her big adventure back east. |
| We started our Christmas season right after Thanksgiving and visited the Tree of Life. |
