Dax was asked to Sweethearts by a friend in our ward. It was his first high school dance. Mom was probably more excited than him, but Dax was glad that his group was a bunch of friends from our ward. And thank goodness for all of the posters that Mark made over the years...we are just starting to recycle those ideas!
On the day of the dance, Dax's date picked him up and they went bowling. Dax had the second best score because Kaylee used bumpers, so he considers that cheating. But it was a fun time, and then they went back to one of the girls' houses for some sandwiches for lunch.

After the second pick up, they headed to the Provo Courthouse for pictures. It was an adventure. Half of their group was really late, and there were a million people trying to take pictures, but they got it done. Then they grabbed dinner at Chili's.
After the dance, the group went to the Taylors' house and played Telestrations. It was a fun first dance!
