Jazz Game

We love going to Jazz games together.

For an early Christmas present, we took the boys to a Jazz game. This was an extra special Jazz game because we also had the chance to enter early and watch the Jazz warm up from just the first few rows. We arrived at 5:00, and found a free parking spot, so the evening was off to a great start as we hustled into the arena.

When we sat down, Bojan was already out shooting. We watched him work his way around, and then Gobert came out. He did a few yoga poses as he was warming up, and then Conley came out, then Clarkson, and so on. We loved watching the different routines they had and what they worked on. Donovan Mitchell was the last one out, and everyone was so excited. Mom and Dad enjoyed it just as much as the boys. Sitting that close to these NBA players that we watch on TV all the time was really awesome.

The first person we got to see warm up was Bogdanovic.

We really were so close!

Watching Gobert was so fun!

Seth was so excited to be this close to the court.

We found out later that Mitchell was sick, but we loved seeing our favorite player.

Clarkson and Conley worked out together.

Then we headed upstairs to grab dinner and find our nose-bleed seats. Everyone ate great and the game was fun, until the Jazz ended up losing at the very end. But everyone agreed it had been an awesome night.

This is where our actual seats were.

These two were so cute laughing together and playing with each other's hair.

The boys always love coming to a Jazz game.

November Fun

Reflections was a success this year. All of our boys won Awards of Excellence and moved on to Council.

Seth drew an amazing dragon.
Dax put these two photos together and talked about keeping nature clean.
Seth was so proud.
Mark also took a photo. Mom was in charge of Reflections at Willowcreek, too!

One day Dad had a training, so Mom and the boys decided to hike Stewart Falls. It was a tougher hike than we remembered, but it was a beautiful end even in the Fall when the waterfall was almost nonexistent. The worst part were the 1000s of dogs on the trail, but we survived!

Brittany came down and Mom had a lot of fun hanging out with her.
We love playing Bang!
The boys will even bring their stuffed animals into the game if no one else is around.
There was a beautiful rainbow one day! Look how well you can see all the colors.
Mark and his buddies went to the Lehi State Championship Football game. Lehi won!

Dax and Mom went to St. George for the weekend for a baseball tournament. They had fun together exploring Pioneer Park and Red Hills Desert Garden, and Dax played well. His team ended up taking 2nd place in the tourney.

We always stop at Roys!
The desert garden was lovely.
Dax squeezed through the crack!
He loves exploring on the red rocks.
It was a tough loss in the final, but they played well.

Starting the end of November, we were already hitting Christmas activities. We enjoyed both Luminaria and Imaginorium and Christmas in Color this month. They are three of our favorite Christmas adventures and they were a great way to kick off the season!

We had a fun pack with lights and glasses for Christmas in Color this year.
We also checked out the elves at Gardner Village.
Luminaria is magical.
Walking through the lights is so fun.
I love being with the boys on adventures!
One of our followers took this photo!
We love going to Imaginorium.
They have great light set ups.
The boys are good about talking with Santa.
This was a fun new activity at Imaginorium.

Thanksgiving Weekend

Our traditional Thanksgiving photo!

Thanksgiving Weekend is full of family and fun every year. This year we headed up to Grandma and Grandpa Daniels for Thanksgiving. We had a lot of fun with Stephanie and Bob and their kids, and Brittany, too. We went to see Encanto the first day we were there and Mom cried through most of the movie. It was cute and we all liked it! Grandma baked mini pies with the boys. They really wanted to make their own pies after Dad had made his own apple pie a few weeks earlier. Their pies turned out great!

We love the little theater in Blackfoot.
The boys love cooking with Grandma.
Mark and Grandma together is so cute!
Dax made a great pie!
Seth even ate his pie!

We played a lot of games with cousins over the few days we were there. It was a lot of fun to be together. On Thanksgiving, we had a lovely meal and Stephanie made her bread cornucopia. There were a lot of desserts and our brownies ended up looking like Utah.

We played Apples to Apples and laughed and laughed.
Seth and Kate played really well together.
Grandma also made sugar cookies with the kids.
Kate adores Mark!
These two are always silly together.
Look at all this yumminess!
Playing Apples to Apples again!
This bread cornucopia is awesome!
It is always fun spending time in Blackfoot.
We stopped at the new Blackfoot temple on the way home. It is beautiful!
