Mom's Birthday

Mom got to spend her birthday in Mesquite for a baseball tournament again this year, but she had a wonderful birthday. Dad made a nice dinner and had treats for her when she got home on Sunday.

Dax's team won the tournament.

So her birthday weekend was split into two things happening. At home, Dad and Seth went to school, and then on Saturday Seth played in a soccer game. Then, one of Dax's coaches had extra tickets to the BYU game, so Dad and Seth got to go. It was chilly and cold, but Seth loved being next to the crazy student section.

Seth chose Wendy's (of course) for dinner.

It's fun to go to BYU games.

Seth is happy any time there is popcorn involved.

Can you see Seth's legs?

Last game for Seth's team this season.

Mom, Dax, and Mark were down in St. George and Mesquite. Mark played with his friend TJ and did very, very well. Mom was sad to miss most of his games, but she was glad to watch the last one. Dax also played well and his team won the tournament. They got pink bats because it was Breast Cancer Awareness month. The best part of the trip was Grandma, Grandpa, Tiff and Jonny, and the kids all came up to see Mom on her birthday in Mesquite. Luckily, Mark and Dax both played at the same fields, so they watched both boys play and took Mom to lunch. It made the weekend a little better since she was sad not to be at home spending it with Dad and Seth, too.

Ben said Mom was his girlfriend. He is the cutest!

Mark got to hang out at his friend's condo for a little bit.

Everyone came for lunch.

Mark played great and was a big help to his team.

Ben loves Dax.

The team that Mark subbed for.

Mom's birthday shake from DQ between games.

Dax's team had a lot of fun this tournament.

Dax always plays well and has a great attitude.

Mom dragged the boys on a few Halloween adventures, obviously.

Typical teenager pictures.

We tried a new restaurant for Mom's birthday and it was delicious. We loved the street tacos.
