March Madness

 March began with a sad moment for our family. Mom had to go to Blackfoot and be with her family for a funeral. Unfortunately the funeral was on Monday, so the boys and Randy couldn't go. It was really hard, and Mom had to drive through the worst snow conditions she has ever driven in. She was seriously scared she wasn't going to be able to make it, but luckily Heavenly Father was watching over her and she made it. She had a wonderful time with her family despite the tragedy.

All the Daniels sisters were together.

March was a pretty calm month for the Ockeys. We were between basketball and baseball, so we had more relaxing evenings! We squeezed in adventures here and there, too. Here are a few pictures to remember March. 

Mark asked a friend to Prom and this was the response he received. 

Mom and Dad went to a comedy show and had a blast!

We visited a farm. It's so fun to hold the animals. 

The goats were a little crazy.

Dax and Seth both got to ride a horse. 

And they both enjoyed it a lot.

Dax and his friends went mountain biking one day when they had school off. They found this random couch on the trail. 

Mom spent a few days with her sister in Blackfoot. They went to the temple together.

Mom and Dad taught temple prep classes and then went with their friends (students).

One of our friends, Kaydee, is heading on a mission.

Then we decided to get some ice cream after the temple, of course!

We visited some new parks!

Mark's friends all came over to watch the first day of March Madness. 

Mom was thrilled when she could go for a walk in short sleeves.

Seth's started tennis up. He earned first singles again! 

Dax had a pajama piano recital. He is such a great pianist.

We tried a new pizza place together that was super yummy.

Mom survived an incident with the flour.

We celebrated a Passover meal before Easter. 

Easter was the last day of March!

We also went to see Grandpa Ockey on Easter.
