Jazz Party!

We checked out the Karl Malone and John Stockton statues while we waited.
The Jazz throw a Junior Jazz party for free every year, and this is our first time being able to go. We lined up outside early and waited in the cool weather for them to open the doors to the arena. By 5:30 when it started there were hundreds of people in line behind us.

We didn't really know what to do or expect when we got inside. There was a flier that said "Free Jazz tickets!" but we never saw any. There were also massive lines to get a player signature and picture. That was exactly what the boys wanted to do, though. We started upstairs with Raul Neto, and since we were right in the front, we were about the third people to see him. The line for Alec Burks was a little longer, but we still only waited about ten minutes. Then we went downstairs to meet Dante Exum. The line wound almost a quarter of the way around the building, but he was the last player, and the boys really wanted his autograph. After about 45 minutes we got to take a picture with him, but they were hustling people along so quickly that we barely got to say "Hi!" All three of the boys wore their signed Junior Jazz jerseys to school the following day, though, so it must have been a success.
The boy loved holding Rudy Gobert's shoes.
These shoes are huge!
The boys were in heaven since this was their first Jazz player they'd met.
Neto was so nice!
Alex Burks was tried just a few weeks after we saw him.
He was really nice, too, though!
We only got 3 seconds with Dante Exum, so I don't know if he is nice or not.
We stopped at Denny's on the way home from Salt Lake and found out that kids eat free, so it was a real win for everyone!
We were all happy for breakfast for dinner!
