We were excited to celebrate Dad's birthday the day after Christmas. We kept things pretty simple. We let Dad sleep in. We took him to an early dinner at Tucano's where we ate too much. Then we gave Dad a few fun presents, including a new car vacuum since he loves cleaning the cars for us.

We ended the evening with homemade milk shakes with black licorice ice cream. Well, only Dad had black licorice ice cream, but that's okay. We hope that he had a wonderful birthday. We think that he is the best!
