First Day of School

This is a big year for the boys for school. Both Dax and Seth are going to new schools. Seth is moving from elementary school to the junior high. He is excited for this change, but he will be missing his two best friends who are going to the other junior high. Seth got to go to 7th grade day, which is a half day with just the seventh graders so they can practice finding their classes. He was thrilled as you can see by the pictures.

But he finally smiled for Mom.

Mom and Dax took a quick hike while Seth was at his seventh grade day.

Dax is headed to the high school this year. He can drive to school, but because he is a sophomore, he doesn't get a parking pass. So he has to fight for parking on the street. Dax is ready for a great year at Lehi High.

Dad is ready for another year with fourth graders. He has a really large class, so we will see how it goes. He wore his favorite shirt, and everyone loves it!

Mark's p-day in the Mexico MTC is on Wednesday, so we got to speak with him after school. It was a great way to end the first day of school.
