Youth Conference

Dad took 4 pictures. But he took 65 videos.

Dad and Mark went to the last Stake Youth Conference ever. We went and spent three days at Reid Ranch up by Daniel's Summit. The property was amazing, and there were 450 kids and leaders, all from our Stake. Mark was on the planning committee for this one, and it was really well organized. 

The camp provided all our meals. There was soda, ice cream, and a salad bar to go with each meal. Mostly we enjoyed the activities between meals. There was archery, kayaking on the lake, three swimming pools, Frisbee golf, pool, ping pong, foosball, a ropes course, mini-golf, 9-square, volleyball, and soccer. Best of all was the dance. Mark had a really good time and, since he's 16, decided to dance. He enjoyed the group dances, and he even danced a few slow and swing dances with girls. It was awesome.

Dad didn't take enough photos because he was making videos for Mom. He and Mark recorded short little snippets of everything that went on at Youth Conference to share with Mom later. She needs to compile all of the videos together and share because it was hilarious. Mark and Dad had such a great time!
