Vernal Day 4

We stopped at the Vernal Temple the last day we were in town.
We only spent a short time in Vernal on Saturday because Dad had to get back to church meetings on Saturday for Stake Conference. There was still plenty of time for a few pictures and a stop at the Utah Fieldhouse of Natural History. This is the big museum in Vernal. It's a bit pricey, especially if you do the Junior Ranger Program, but of course, our boys wanted to do it. Since Seth and Dax didn't remember this museum at all, it was really fun to show them all the interactive exhibits. Seth enjoyed the program and was very involved in finding answers. Mark and Dax loved looking at the dinosaur models outside.

After the museum we took a few pictures. The boys wanted a picture of the dinosaurs in town, so they stopped by the big pink dinosaur. Mom wanted to stop by the Vernal Temple for pictures, so we did that, too. The drive back home wasn't too bad, and Dad even made it to all his meetings.
Seth is really into silly poses right now.
We should have planned better and brought church clothes for Mark to do baptisms.
We love this little temple.
The pink dinosaur is definitely a Vernal icon.
Seth enjoyed touching all of the fossils.
Mark and Dax searched the entire fossil wall.
These boys are much bigger than the last time we were in this room!
Look out Mark!!
Mom has always been a Stegosaurus fan.
The outdoor dinosaurs make this museum worth it.
